เมื่อวันที่ 20 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2568 สมาคมกีฬามวยไทยอาชีพโลก ได้จัดการประชุมอย่างเป็นทางการเพื่อพิจารณาคุณสมบัติของผู้ที่สมควรได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนสมาคมในต่างประเทศ โดยที่ประชุมได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ประวัติ และผลงานของผู้เสนอชื่ออย่างละเอียดรอบคอบ พร้อมทั้งพิจารณาถึงความรู้ ความสามารถ ประสบการณ์ และความเชี่ยวชาญด้านมวยไทย ซึ่งล้วนเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งเสริมต่อภารกิจและวัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคมฯ ภายหลังจากการพิจารณาโดยคณะกรรมการและมีมติในที่ประชุม สมาคมฯ จึงได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสม โดยการจัดทำหนังสือแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมลงนามโดย ท่าน พลเอกเกษม นภาสวัสดิ์ นายกสมาคมกีฬามวยไทยอาชีพโลก (ซึ่งได้รับการจัดตั้งและรับรองโดยนายทะเบียนกีฬากรุงเทพมหานคร และผู้ว่าการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย) ประกาศแต่งตั้งตัวแทนสมาคมฯ ตามมติที่ประชุม สมาคมกีฬามวยไทยอาชีพโลกขอประกาศแต่งตั้ง Mr. TAKASHI KURISHIBA ในฐานะบุคคลที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และมีประสบการณ์อันเชี่ยวชาญในศาสตร์มวยไทย ซึ่งสามารถขับเคลื่อนภารกิจของสมาคมฯ ในการเผยแพร่ ส่งเสริม และสนับสนุนมวยไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักและได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล สมาคมฯ จึงมีมติแต่งตั้งให้ ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ประสานงานตัวแทนจัดการแข่งขันมวยไทยอาชีพ ภายใต้การกำกับของสมาคมกีฬามวยไทยอาชีพโลก (WPMTA) ประจำประเทศญี่ปุ่น ขอให้ท่าน TAKASHI KURISHIBA จงรับเกียรติศักดิ์นี้ไว้ด้วยความภาคภูมิ และร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ พัฒนาวงการมวยไทยให้เจริญรุ่งเรือง สร้างชื่อเสียงให้กับประเทศไทยและศิลปะแม่ไม้มวยไทยสืบไป

On October 20, 2025, the World Professional Muaythai Association (WPMTA) convened an official meeting to evaluate and consider the qualifications of candidates proposed for appointment as international representatives of the Association. During the meeting, the committee thoroughly reviewed the professional background, expertise, and contributions of each nominee to the field of Muaythai. Upon careful deliberation and consensus, the committee reached a resolution and proceeded with the formal process of appointment, including official documentation and endorsement. By the authority of General Kasem Napasawat President of the World Professional Muaythai Association (Established and certified by the Bangkok Sports Registrar and the Governor of the Sports Authority of Thailand) It is hereby announced that Mr.TAKASHI KURISHIBA has been officially appointed as Representative Coordinator – Organized Professional Muaythai Events Under WPMTA in Japan In recognition of his knowledge, experience, and expertise in Muaythai, which are of great value to the mission and goals of the Association—namely, to promote, support, and organize professional Muaythai activities in line with the standards of WPMTA—this appointment affirms his role in representing the Association and contributing to the development and global recognition of Muaythai in Japan. May Mr. TAKASHI KURISHIBA carry this honorable designation with pride and continue to advance the prestige and prosperity of Muaythai worldwide.
