ABOUT

World Professional Muaythai Association (WPMTA) was established in 2017 with the objective of promoting the sport of Muay Thai globally. Founded by Mr. Prathan Worramanin, a seasoned expert with extensive experience in Thai boxing, particularly at Lumpinee Stadium, one of the largest and most prestigious Muay Thai arenas in Thailand, General Kasem Naparswad was invited to serve as the association’s president.

Following this, the association established its office under the name Lumpinee Academy, located at 70/68 Soi Phraya Suren 8, Phraya Suren Road (Ram Inthra 109), Bang Chan Subdistrict, Khlong Sam Wa District, Bangkok.
This academy is officially certified by the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT), under the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, to conduct various professional Muay Thai training courses.

The objective is to provide training in Thai boxing for individuals of all genders, ages, and nationalities who are interested in learning the sport of Muay Thai correctly. We aim to offer courses for training Muay Thai instructors. Training sessions are conducted professionally, and we have developed training programs for Muay Thai instructors at the C, B, and A levels. Upon completion of the courses, participants will receive certification from the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT).

Additionally, we engage in public benefit activities such as providing Free Muay Thai training Sessions for students in various locations, without any associated costs. We also support the sport by sponsoring international promoters, contributing to the global promotion of Muay Thai.

Moreover, we have organized our own competitions under the event named “M-One Grand Muay Thai” to compete for the WPMTA World Championship. These events attract significant attention from various countries. The inaugural match featured a showdown between champions from Japan and Thailand, held in the United States.
