The Lumpinee Academy Muay Thai teaches young individuals the art of Muay Thai as part of the “Preserve Muay Thai” project. This program emphasizes both health consciousness and skill development in combat. Additionally, it aims to empower the youth to pursue Muay Thai as a profession. The instruction takes place at the Bang Chon School (Pluem Wittayanuson School), fostering learning and skill enhancement for the students. The goal is to support their overall learning experience and personal development in all aspects of Muay Thai, both inside and outside the ring, raising their capabilities.
Colonel Prathaan Voramanin, the President, Secretary-General, and Vice President of the Association, traveled to fulfill the role as a representative of General Kaset Nopaswasdi, the President of the Association, in attending the opening ceremony of the “Preserve Muay Thai” project, which emphasizes health consciousness and professional development. The project is organized by the Professional World Muay Thai Association and the Muay Thai School of Em-Wan Lumpinee, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. Together with the school’s executive team led by the advisory board of Bang Chan Pluem Wittayanuson School, they introduced Muay Thai activities to the educational institution.The Muay Thai demonstration involved 300 students from Bang Chan Pluem Wittayanuson School, including primary and secondary levels. The activities included paying respects to Muay Thai teachers, showcasing the art of Muay Thai wood carving, Thai Aerobic dance, and practical Muay Thai demonstrations. The event was attended by 3,000 students and teachers. Mr. Chaloemphon Jampareuang, Deputy Director of Academic Administration, traveled to serve as the chairman of the ceremony, while Mrs. Waranat Sangthong, former director of the Khlong Sam Wa Health Promotion Hospital, was honored in this ceremony.
